Target smaller muscle groups that are the base for greater function. Low impact, high rep movements incorporate ballet inspired movements with small weights and Pilates balls.

Get strong for daily life and maintain your lean muscle. Functional training with progressively heavier weights and high intensity movements to maximize conditioning.
Cardio Sanctuary
Boost metabolism and energy levels. Interval cardiovascular workout incorporating low to high impact cardio movements. Uses light weights, and bands.
Pilates Fusion
Lengthen muscles with Pilates reformer style movements plus sculpt components. High reps and lots of holds and pulses. Uses gliders, light weights.
