Class Descriptions

Mat Pilates
Pilates movements that can be performed without a reformer. The emphasis is on precision and control. Strengthen your deep core muscles and improve flexibility and range of motion.

Whole Body Weights
Increase strength and muscle tone. Compound exercises using light to heavier weights and bands. Every workout targets every part of the body.

Whole Body Weights-LITE
Same format as our trademark Whole Body Weights class but with a slightly slower pace and fewer movements. Perfect for anyone new to fitness or coming back from a hiatus or injury.

Barre
Target smaller muscle groups that are the base for greater function. Low impact, high rep movements incorporate ballet inspired movements with small weights and Pilates balls.

Strength & Conditioning
Build and maintain your lean muscle. Get strong functional training with progressively heavier weights. Get in peak condition with sets of high intensity movements. Format allows for 1:1 coaching in a motivating, supportive atmosphere.

Sculpt Sanctuary
A high-energy full body workout that focuses on high reps and controlled movements. You'll be led through strengthening exercises, core intense movements and plenty of cardio to get your heart pumping.

Shake Rising
